Songs of the Heart Trilogy:

Tue 30 Jun

About James Rowland Dies at the End of the Show

What would you do with an hour?

What if it was your last hour ever?

For James the answer is easy: he wants to tell you a story. A story full of laughter and music and joy. A story about living.

The third and final part of the Songs of the Heart Trilogy that consists of Learning to Fly and Piece of Work and from the creator of the Songs of Friendship Trilogy.

After another sold out run at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2024, James Rowland is performing his critically acclaimed Songs of the Heart Trilogy of shows in The Nest. Following life through its journey from youth, to middle age, and to our own mortality and you can catch them all in The Nest from 8 - 11 October.

5 Stars

If you’ve never seen Fringe stalwart James Rowland, stop reading and immediately book tickets: you can thank me later. It’s about life. It’s about joy. It’s about love.

4 Stars

Very funny, disarmingly honest and surprisingly tender. A master storyteller
